Set up time:
Maximum 4 hours plus time required to set up cement storage alongside , the silos also manufactured by Gough Engineering are controlled by the Zengo's PLC Batch controller.
Transport:
The Zengo Portable Batch Plant has the same dimensions as a 40ft ISO Container, therefore it is able to be transported using existing road and sea handling systems.
Optional Items:
Transportable Cement Storage Silos rated at 35 Tonne capacity with 2 internal screw conveyors and one external. The silo discharge is controlled by the batch Plant programme. Where applications demand a set-up with aggregate storage, a ZENGO AGGREGATE STORAGE MODULE can be added to the basic unit. This configuration allows live storage of 50 cubic meters in four hoppers located alongside the base unit. Fully automatic batching is controlled by the main plant control system. Hourly output with this setup is increased to 65 cubic meters/ hr. Again this aggregate storage module meets the same transport dimensions as the base unit i.e. ISO 40' container size.
