Gough Engineering manufactures both conventional vertical silos for fixed applications and transportable silos that can be ground or foundation mounted.
Transportable Silo
Gough Engineering's range of transportable Silos include 35, 40, 55 and 70 tonne capacity silo's which are based on a ISO container and can be transported on trailers or wagons using twist locks to hold it in place. To overcome the problem discharging this type of silo two screw conveyors are built in to the silo with a extension screw conveyor that can discharge to a height of 7192mm. The 70 tonne silo has a bolt on roof that can be removed for transport.
