Need Log Forks for your 950H or 962G?

Gough Engineering has manufactured Fieldchief Forks since 1990, a late addition to the range has been the  950H Mill Yard Fork It was first  built in 2003 and  is used in applications where were the 950H's lifting capacity could be put to use by using a larger fork.   

The design is based on our 966H Forks but smaller, with a tip to tip closed area of 1.6 m2 . We have used the same pins and  5” x 2.5”  rams as used on the 966H to help with servicing. 

The tynes are 250mm wide and the overall width is 2080mm, which is the same as the 966H.  Changes from the logging fork include a deeper curved beak, this gives the forks an increase in capacity but reduces the tight lock up size. Also changed is a larger radius on the face of the forks to improve the  rolling of the logs. 

The pivot height on the 950H Mill Yard  forks is 1650mm. With the current Logging Forks and the new Mill Yard fork being offered, customers will have an option to specialize but still have forks that are extremely versatile.

The new forks include all the latest proven design features as well as established construction methods.
