Employed by Goughs for 20 years apart from a short hiatus where he was General Manager of one of New Zealand's largest earthmoving companies. Ho became Business Unit Manager of Gough Engineering in April 2006.

Wreys Bush Concrete near Winton has a new Gough Engineering automated plant with key modules custom designed, manufactured and installed by the experienced team at the Christchurch branch.
When Napier-based Pan Pac Forestry Limited had a specific blade requirement for a new Caterpillar D8T dozer being acquired, they turned to Gough Engineering to provide a custom built solution.
